Many operators working with various types of attachment tools have to loosen and reconnect couplings several times per day. The pressure often building up there is well-known to everybody dealing with this on a daily basis, with all its consequences: It is impossible to connect the coupling without a huge exertion of strength and a hammer gets used.

The problem is exacerbated when height or position make the coupling even less accessible, and by the fact that the attachment tool's piping is exposed to wind and weather and also suffers. Consequently, when changing, the coupling is easily damaged, hydraulic oil leaks and causes environmentally harmful pollution of the soil. QuickOn^® tongs are the solution for all these challenges.

QUICKON^® INCREASES THE DURABILITY OF ALL CURRENTLY USED COUPLINGS.

The QuickOn^® tongs work quite easily: The coupling is gripped with the two robustly forged, 3mm thick grippers made of fine grain steel which are then simply squeezed together. With the pressure released from the coupling's locking mechanism, the coupling can be easily and effortlessly used. This also works under a high residual pressure of up to 100 bar.

The wide opening of more than 310mm ensures that the QuickOn^® tongs can also handle very large couplings. The adapter washer with plug-in and screw connections adapts the QuickOn^®tongs to smaller adapters. The optimal linear guiding protects the coupling and thus increases its service life leading to considerable cost savings for the company.
